EddyHR as a product wasn’t launched until late 2018, but things were set in motion on a basketball court in 2003 when Travis Hansen met 9-year-old Ryan Sagers. Seventeen years later, The company they built together acquired Pay-Role HR Solutions to provide an easy solution to yet another SMB human resource need.

Tech9's goal has always been to help businesses "Tech Happy." They know that to truly satisfy customer needs, a tech product has to do more than just get the job done; it has to give a good experience. That's why Tech9 acquired Stotion, a user interface and experience agency. This acquisition will allow both companies to provide better services to clients, and grow their customer base.

EddyHR acquires Pay-Role HR Solutions and poises themselves to pull ahead of the heard of HR tech solutions. The founders of both companies, Travis Hansen and Jordan Boogaard are excited about this step forward and the opportunities it will open up.
