Do I need a banker or broker to work with Tesani?
Not at all. We regularly speak directly with founders. If you already have an advisor, we’re happy to work with them too.
Will I be required to stay after the sale?
In many cases, founders stay involved, but we design transitions based on what’s best for you and the business. We build for flexibility, not control.
Will you change our brand or team?
Not unless there’s a clear reason to. Our goal is to support what’s already working, not to rip and replace.
How fast can you move?
We’ve closed deals in under 60 days. It depends on the deal, but we aim to be efficient and respectful of your time.
Do you only buy in specific industries?
We’re especially interested in recurring-revenue businesses in SaaS, services, and insurance. That said, we’re always open to great companies that fall outside the usual box.
