Sunshine Heroes Spreads Holiday Cheer to 95 Families in Need This Christmas

December 2016 – Sunshine Heroes Foundation, in partnership with Nature's Sunshine Products employees, local businesses, and more than 400 dedicated volunteers, has successfully provided Christmas gifts to 95 families in need this holiday season. Over 2,000 gifts were purchased, organized, wrapped, and delivered, ensuring that every family could experience the joy of the season.

The gifts, which included essential clothing like boots, coats, gloves, pants, shirts, socks, and pajamas, as well as household items such as shampoo, soap, towels, cooking appliances, utensils, bed sheets, and blankets, were carefully selected to meet the immediate needs of families.

“At Sunshine Heroes, we believe every family deserves a wonderful holiday season, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to bring joy and comfort to so many families in our community,” said a representative from Sunshine Heroes. “The overwhelming support from Nature’s Sunshine Products, local businesses, and our incredible volunteers has made this event possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication.”

This year’s Sunshine Christmas effort once again demonstrates the power of community support, as volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that each family received the help they needed for a joyful holiday season.
