Tesani has officially opened its new headquarters in Provo, Utah—a modern, collaborative space designed to support the growth of Eddy and other Tesani portfolio companies. The Class-A facility reflects Tesani’s mission to build legendary businesses and lift lives.

PROVO, Utah — July 2023 — Tesani, a private equity firm focused on building legendary businesses and lifting lives, has officially purchased and opened its new headquarters located in the heart of Provo, Utah.
The Class-A building—nestled at the base of the Wasatch Mountains—will serve as the headquarters for Tesani and several of its portfolio companies, including Eddy, a fast-growing HR tech platform built for frontline teams.
“This new space is more than just an office—it’s a launchpad for our people, our culture, and our vision,” said Travis Hansen, Founder and CEO of Tesani. “We’re building companies that do good and do well. Our headquarters reflects that mission.”
