Sunshine Heroes Joins Forces to Build All-Together Playground in Orem, Utah
Sunshine Heroes Foundation proudly contributed to the All-Together Playground in Orem, Utah, an inclusive play space designed for children of all abilities. In just 6.5 days, volunteers joined over 4,100 others to help build a playground that promotes physical, social, cognitive, and sensory development for children, including those with disabilities.
Sunshine Heroes Joins Forces to Build All-Together Playground in Orem, Utah
Orem, Utah – Sunshine Heroes Foundation is proud to announce its involvement in the construction of the All-Together Playground in Orem, Utah. This inclusive play space, which provides children of all abilities with the opportunity to play, grow, and develop together, was built with the help of over 4,100 volunteers, including Sunshine Heroes’ dedicated team.
The All-Together Playground is designed specifically to accommodate children with disabilities, providing them with a safe and accessible environment to enjoy the benefits of play. Unlike standard playgrounds, which may not be suitable for children with certain physical, cognitive, or sensory needs, the All-Together Playground promotes healthy development across all areas, including physical, social, cognitive, and sensory abilities.
Sunshine Heroes volunteers joined forces with professional construction teams from Leathers & Associates to complete the playground in just 6.5 days. The project has become a shining example of community involvement and collaboration, as local residents and volunteers worked together to create an inclusive space that will benefit children of all ages and abilities for years to come.
