Online Return Information:

Tesani guarantee's all items. We want our customer to be satisfied with his or her order. If for some reason an item ordered does not meet the satisfaction of a customer, Tesani will gladly exchange or refund any unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise, ordered within 30 days of shipment. Please make sure returned merchandise is accompanied by original receipt and tags.

Exchanges: Unless otherwise specified you will receive an exact replacement for the item(s) purchased. Replacement items will be shipped to you free of charge. Items will be sent to address on packing slip. If address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address on the front of the packing slip.

Note: If you would like to exchange merchandise for something different, please indicate (with specific instructions) merchandise desired on original invoice.
